Aerial Lyra

This class utilizes a metal hoop of different sizes, suspended from the ceiling that you will learn to perform different tricks and sequences in. This apparatus also is a fun challenging way to develop overall strength especially in the upper body and core muscles. We teach technique and grace while you float seemingly effortlessly in this beautiful spinning dance form. In this class we also provide training in the static trapeze, aerial cube, basic handstand and backbend skills, performance techniques as well as overall strength and flexibility. All ages welcome. 
 
The tuition is $90 per month Sept through May billed in three month sessions. We also offer a summer session as well. Each  aerial class has a one time equipment fee of $25
Most students participate for the full school year and perform in the May Studio Recital. The students will also have a chance to participate in the Holiday Showcase. This is a very exciting time for the students to be able to showcase their talents. More info will be distributed for each show.
