Explore the world of aerial arts with our 8-week Adult Mixed Aerial Arts Class! Perfect for beginners, this course introduces you to three exciting apparatuses: sling, lyra, and silks. Over the program, you’ll learn foundational techniques and moves, building skills and confidence to progress through each apparatus. Whether you're looking to try something new, get a great workout, or join a supportive aerial community, this class is for you.

Aerial Sling (also called Hammock) is the same material as Aerial Silks, but rigged from a single point with a loop at the bottom. This is the same apparatus we use in Aerial Yoga classes, but in Aerial Sling classes the loop is set higher from the ground. This is a mixed level class, both beginners and more experienced students are welcome! In Aerial Sling classes you will learn various ways to mount and dismount the apparatus, how to invert and support yourself on the fabric, and as you progress, you’ll learn dynamic moves, dramatic drops, dives, and spinning sequences. Billed monthly. Auto renews until canceled. Regular Price $95/month
