Make your Black Hills Aerial Cup experience even better by staying where the competition happens! The Courtyard by Marriott Rapid City is our official athlete hotel, conveniently connected to the Box Elder Events Center, the home of BHAC.
The Black Hills Aerial Cup is proud to partner with the Courtyard by Marriott Rapid City as our Official Athlete Hotel.
To support our event, athletes, coaches, and participating studios are required to stay at the official event hotel when traveling from outside the local area, unless otherwise approved by Black Hills Aerial Cup organizers.
By staying at our official hotel, you help support the Black Hills Aerial Cup and allow us to continue bringing high-quality competitions, workshops, judges, and experiences to our aerial community.
OFFICIAL HOTEL BOOKING REQUIREMENT
All participating athletes and teams requiring overnight accommodations must book their stay through the official Black Hills Aerial Cup hotel block.
Reservations must be made using the Black Hills Aerial Cup group booking link or reservation information provided by the event organizers in order to count toward the event hotel commitment.

Black Hills Aerial Cup 2027 is held at THE BOX - The Box Elder Events Center - is the Midwest’s newest state-of-the-art facility with big stage, sound and professional lighting, spacious training area.
It's located in Rapid City, South Dakota, just steps from five hotels, WaTiki Indoor Waterpark Resort, several restaurants, and Interstate-90.

Now when you are registered, it's time to submit your music.
Songs are considered in the order in which they are received, so don’t delay submitting your song choice.
All competitors must ensure that they submit the right music version. Competitors are required to submit their music as MP3 File.
