Boxing Fitness

This fun and challenging boxing workout taught by Matt DeWolfe involves a combination of punches and kicks performed at a quick pace in a group workout environment. You will learn these moves and get the hang of the proper techniques before you can pick up speed and endurance.
We utilize the heavy bag and combine conditioning training. 
Some of the basic boxing movements you will perfect learn include:
Jabs
Crosses
Uppercuts
Hooks
Front kicks
Side kicks


As you get these movements down, you can build your way up to combinations that will also work your core with each twist.  The Live It Up Boxing  program is designed to keep you engaged, focused and in the zone. Endless variety, uplifting environment and motivating trainers  combine to create a uniquely satisfying workout.
Boxing Gloves are not required but encouraged.

The tuition is $65 per month.

    Class times: Wednesday and Friday at 6:00.

    Drop in available for $15.
