Adult Aerial Silks Class

This Adult Level 1 and 2 class is for 18 y.o. and up.This class will tone, tighten and recrute every muscle in your body. You will lean to defy gravity as you climb, flip, wrap and drop in these gorgeous silk ribbons. We start low to the ground and move up as ability allows. This is a class for anyone who is interested in learning the basic skills of aerial silks. You will learn basic climbs, foot locks, poses, as well as strength training. 
 
The tuition is $90 per month Sept through May billed in three month sessions. We also offer a summer session as well. Each  aerial class has a one time equipment fee of $25.
Most students participate and perform in the May Studio Recitale. The students will also have a chance to participate in the Holiday Showcase. This is a very exciting time for the students to be able to showcase their talents.
